SHIPPING

FREE shipping cost for any purchase in Hong Kong.

i. You can choose to ship your order to a DHL Pick-up station.

ii. You can choose to delivery to your door.

 

Remark 1: If the delivery is failed for the first shipment and you requests to re-delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery fee;

 

Remark 2: If the delivery is failed, you can choose to pick-up at the AQUEEN Service Center during our service hour.

iii. You can choose to pick-up at AQUEEN's Service Centre during our Service Hour.

However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

DELIVERY DATE

Your order will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days if stock is available. Please contact customer service for stock availability.

 

RETURNS

We only accept returns which involves manufactured defects for a refund within 7 days after shipment from our facility.

The return shipping and insurance fee should be borne by you. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days from receipt of the parcel in the original packing condition, including all product documents and product tags.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For size issue, please contact customer service cs@aqueen.com.hk for resizing service.

 

REFUNDS

A refund will be made to the purchaser when we approved your returned shipment. If your return is approved, orders paid will be doing bank transfer back to your saving account within two weeks. Please note that normal return processing times may double after a major holiday.
