1. How do I place an order on aqueen.com.hk?

 

Ordering on aqueen.com.hk is easy and safe. There are two ways to make an order:

 

i. Online purchase: Click on the “Add to Cart” button to place your interested items in your shopping bag. If you ready to pay, click the checkout box on the shopping bag page. Fill in the information (i.e. customer information, Delivery details, and payment method) and submit it. Your order will be placed after filling in your credit card/ Paypal information. An email confirmation of your indicated address and a payment request will be sent to complete your order.

 

ii. You may also order over the phone by calling 2370 9252

 

Remarks: Please do check the availability of our products’ inventory.

 

If you insist to use alternate payment methods, please chat with us.

 

3. Does AQUEEN offer resizing?

AQUEEN offers resizing for select items.

4. What shipping options are available on aqueen.com.hk?

Currently we only accept online orders to shipping addresses within Hong Kong.

For oversea order, please contact our Customer Service at 2370 9252 or live chat with us. All local order is delivered by DHL. We also welcome self-pick-up at our Service Centre.

 

Service Centre: Unit A-C, 8th Floor, Winner Building, No. 36 Man Yue Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  

 

5. Do I need to pay shipping cost?

AQUEEN provides FREE shipping for any purchase in Hong Kong.

 

i. You can choose to ship your order to a DHL Pick-up station.

 

ii. You can choose to delivery to your door.

 

Remark 1: If the delivery is failed for the first shipment and you request a re-delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.​​​​​​

Remark 2: If the delivery is failed, you can choose to pick-up at the AQUEEN Service Center during our service hour.

 

iii. You can choose to pick-up at AQUEEN's Service Centre during our Service Hour.

 

However, you are responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Can I track my online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. All local order is delivered by DHL.

 

7.  Instead of courier, any other pickup methods?

You may pick up at our Service Centre located at Unit A-C, 8/F, Winner Building 36 Man Yue St., Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong
